RETURN POLICY
We understand the difficulties in looking at beads on a web site and trying to decide if the color and shape are what you want! Returns are accepted with no questions asked subject to the following conditions: First,the beads must be returned in the same condition as when they were shipped (i.e. no strings cut if it's a strung bead); second,there is no refund of the original shipping fee (that was for a service which has been provided); third,the return postage is your responsibility (all returns are FOB Destination Point, so we highly recommend that you insure the return package for your own protection); and fourth, YOU MUST RETURN THE BEADS WITHIN 10 DAYS OF RECEIPT.
